Cancel & Refund Adobe Stock Licence (Enhanced) - Wrong species

I need help to find a way to cancel and refund an Adobe Stock Photo Extended Licence for a photograph of a an insect species that was labelled correctly, but verification by a specialist has identified it as a different species to what was listed.

We have identified a photograph of that is correctly labelled and want to use this one instead.

The originally purchased Extended Licenced photograph has not been used, as our material is still in draft and review stage.

What is the best way for me to do this please?

The Photo Asset ID is 436442557 - Delia antiqua.

I needed Delia platura and would like to cancell licence 436442557 and licence 432046451.

Thank you for the suggestion - and I admit I am new to Adobe Stock Photos and products - but the CHAT function on the page is VIRTUAL ASSISTANT which I can't see to ask the right question.

And I can't seem to find a way to get through to a human who can help me.

Am I missing something?
