Cancel stock subscription [detached from unrelated post]

Buongiorno,
Abbiamo annullato il piano di 10 dowload gratuiti in data 24/12/21, come mai abbiamo ricevuto la vostra fattura n. IEE2021011449277 del 27/12/21? Vogliamo annullare il piano senza pagare la penale.

Self-cancel: Cancel your Adobe Stock membership
