Cancel stock subscription not available

My subscription comes up for renewal Jan 5, 2018. I need to cancel it, but the cancel button on my manage account has disappeared. I've updated my payment info, to fix a missed payment but still cannot cancel my subscription (no cancel button).

    The cancel option isn't available while the renewal is processing, so please check back in 24 - 48 hours.

    Also be aware that you will lose access to any unused licenses if you cancel your plan, so you'd need to use them prior to cancelling.
