Cancel Subcription

Hello,

 

I want to cancel my adobe stock subscription. The system only lets me to do that If pay extra money.

It's an annual subscription, paid monthly. They didn't send me any notice that my billing automatically starts over for another year, and I don't need the service anymore.

 

Does anyone have an idea how to end the subscription without paying extra money?

I'm sorry you didn't receive your renewal reminder. I was able to look up your account using the email address you use here on the forum and an email was delivered to you on May 24th with the subject: "Adobe Stock Auto-Renewal Reminder". It's possible the message was overlooked or may have ended up in your spam folder. I've had the message resent to you.
