Cancel Subscription

After creating my free trial for adobe stock, I downloaded a couple images, then forgot about it since I didn't require it anymore, I thought I had cancelled the subscription but I must not have. I check my account a few weeks later and I am charged for the subscription even though I have not used the software since the inital trial period. I would just cancel it normally and take the 40 dollar hit but it says it has a 200 dollar cancellation fee which is outrageous (I know I agreed to the terms when accepting the trial). Is there any way I can get refunded the amount and cancel my subscription?

If anyone else is wondering you can cancel the subscription and jt gives you other deals, select a deal that is priced less than adobe stock and then you can essentially switch plans to this new lisence. After this you can actually cancel the new lisence since it counts as 14 days after purchase and you wont have to pay the fee.

It is a complete joke. They trick you into having to pay a cancellation fee. This is just wrong!

I talked on the phone with someone but they put me on another plan instead and now the cancellation fee is now still really expensive, I have NOT used adobe stock after the free trial ended, is there anything else I can do?

@kobe_3738 - I just checked your account and looks like your Adobe stock plan is canceled. You do not have any active Adobe stock plan currently.

Go to the link I provided above, look for the chat box near the bottom of that page, and type agent.

The free trial converts to an annual subscription, billed monthly, if you don't cancel within 30 days. There are early termination fees associated with cancelling any Adobe annual subscription. Cancelation instructions can be found here:

You can try to negotiate a reduction in the early termination fee. Type "Agent" in the chat box on the above page to reach a real, live person.
