canceling adobe stock

hello i have subribed the free demo of stock some times ago

i don want it, so i don t want to start to pay

adobe is asking me money and i don t know how to cancel the subscription

please hellp

    Sorry to hear that you are facing troubles with Stock services.

    When you sign up for the Stock promo offer, the first month is a free trial, Adobe doesn't charge you for the 1st month; the subscription billing actually starts from the second month.

    While going through your account, I noticed that you signed up for Stock 40 images a month(one-year) plan on 3rd of April 2018, however, the subscription has been suspended due to the payment issue.

    sorry don t understand

    i just want to cancel the subscription

    it is really bad thing this happening, looks like i have no other chance that accept the subscription after trial

    but trial is trial and i must be able to easily remove the subscription

    please help ne in doing it, it is not clear at all
