Cancellation and refund issue

Question

Hello, Cmcan anybody tell me how to cancel Adobe Stock membership. I signed up for the 30 day trial las jun then I had not use it. Have already been charged for my first month but I dont want it! I paid 3 months without using it and I want to refund my money and cancel the subscription.

Can find nowhere to cancel through my account. Nobody is available on live chat and no contact number available.

I'm sorry, but you will need to go through live chat or call Adobe customer support. You can cancel via https://account.adobe.com. Look for the Stock plan and go to manage plan. However, you can not negotiate refunds there and you will be charged an early cancellation fee.

Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.
