Cancellation of Adobe Stock
I did not agree to an annual stock subscription!!
I am a completely new customer to Adobe and was given a free sample month of Stock for signing up to Adobe Cloud.
Now it seems Adobe wants to charge me a massive cancellation fee, even though I have downloaded no stock images. Nor have I used or downloaded any images.
I have no choice but to go to the forums as there is no customer support I can speak to.
In short, I would just like to stick to my annual deal for CreativeCloud without Stock.
Can somebody help, or do I have to refer this to the consumer affairs authority in Switzerland?
I feel like I have been unfairly trapped into purchasing images I simply do not need. 150 CHF is an outrageous amount for a service I do not wish to use.
Is this the first impression Adobe would like to give to a new customer?
