Cancellation of adobe stock and the cancellation fee

Hey everyone.

I recently activated a trial of adobe stock and used the card I use for all my online purchases. I totally forgot to cancel it. When Adobe tried to process the first payment for it, I had no money on that card, so the payment was of course declined. I tried cancelling it then, but editing the plan was locked because I hadn't paid for it yet. Now it says I'll have to pay a near 200$ cancellation fee because I cancelled the plan prematurely. I haven't used the service at all. Is there anything I can do to not have to pay the 200$ fee? Should I contact Adobe support? Also, where and how do I contact Adobe support?

Thanks everybody.

you can (and should) plead your case to adobe support, but they are not obligated to backtrack on the terms you ageed to.

use a browser that allows popups and cookies and contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human

p.s you can also use phone (but chat is usually quicker), https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html

p.p.s. you can also use twitter to tweet @AdobeCare

p.p.p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-community/td-p/12919684/redirect_from_archived_page/true

Thank you alot, in the chat I was met with an extremely nice and helpful agent named Nisha that resolved that issue for me as a one time thing by completely cancelling the adobe stock plan.

Thanks again.
