Can you cancel the Adobe stock subscription after making a mistake of creating another subscription using a different email?

I just checked your account details (under the Adobe ID shared in the forums) and noticed that you signed in for the Stock 10 images per month (one-year) on 22 Jan 2018 and the subscription is currently in the suspended state due to some payment issues.     Hi I am trying to get help about cancelling my subsription. This was done in the 14 day trial period and it has not been recognised and I am now being charged. This is not acceptable. Please get in touch to confirm you can action this. Many thanks

On this page, navigate to the bottom right corner where you will see the chat icon and type "agent". You will then be able to discuss your request with a live agent.
