Account after Adobe has tried for the third time to take money off my PayPal account. This needs to STOP and STOP NOW. I followed the self help guides. Guess what? The options they show DON’T EXIST!!! Extremely annoyed.

    You can now self cancel the subscription from within your account management page.

    Cancel your Adobe Stock membership

    In case, you are unable to do so, please Contact Customer Care for the cancellation request.

    You may also refer Contact Support FAQ: Unable to reach support through the "Contact US" link if you're not able to reach the support.

    Feel free to update the thread in case of any troubles.

    Hi Eric and Emily,

    I have checked your account and it seems that you have an active Stock subscription for which the charge is being taken from your PayPal account.

    I don't see any record or case for the cancellation request for which you might have contacted support. Could you confirm if you had cancelled the subscription?

    I have made several attempts to find a way to cancel this subscription, of which I don't remember signing up for, and your help sites have sent me around in circles.  I DO NOT WANT THIS PRODUCT.  Please stop trying to charge me for it!!!
