Cancelling account

My free trail has expired and I want to cancel my stock account! However its not letting me! I havent used it at all can someone from the management cancel it please?

Self cancel: Cancel your Adobe Stock membership 

If that does not work, contact Adobe Customer care. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen.
