Cancelling Adobe Stock but keeping Creative Cloud

If I want to remove the adobe stock option from my creative cloud plan, but keep creative cloud and just switch plans, will my unused adobe stock credits remain, or are they tied specifically to my adobe stock subscription instead of my creative cloud subscription?
