Cancelling Adobe stock membership

Following the directions on your website does not enable cancellation of Adobe stock membership. I simply don't get the link your support page indicates. I know I am not the first to have been utterly frustrated by this. Please provide an effective answer.

    Hi Adrian,

    I believe you're unable to find the cancel option under the account management page for the subscription and the Contact Customer Care page is also not leading you to a support agent.

    Sheena:

    What you recommend is what I have already done with the totally unsatisfactory result I have already reported. Also, changing my payment method from credit card to PayPal has resulted in PayPal reporting to me a request to pay a renewal that I do not want.

    I am in Australia, and unless Adobe immediately effects cancellation of the payment to PayPal and immediately cancels my membership of  Adobe Stock I will report the matter to the consumer protection authorities here.

    It would appear that Adobe is putting every possible obstacle in the way of cancellation.
