I see that you were able to cancel the subscription. Since you are a team customer you can find support information under the Adobe Admin Console: https://adminconsole.adobe.com/ for future reference.

Please contact Adobe customer service for this. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen.
