Cancelling my Adobe Stock membership

Please can someone help! I am thirteen years old and have made a mistake signing up for Adobe Stock membership. I have tried to contact Customer Care many times but nothing happens. Tonight I have just waited for over an hour for a reply from Customer Care and nothing has happened again! What should I do?

    Thank you. I have tried that but keep getting a message about "There was a problem with your last payment. Update payment method." which is not want I want.
