Cancelling Plan

I have tried to cancel the plan and the option does not come up. I've been getting this charge and haven't been using it, unfortunately. Is anyone else running into similar probelms?

Hi, I also have this problem, but I do not see that contact us bubble and I cant find any way to actually contact you, nor cancel a stock account.
