I have hundreds of photos paid for at Adobe Stock. I cannot access those photos. The error message says “could not load libraries.” I am accessing using Google Chrome and Macbook Pro. Can someone please help? Many thanks.

Is your subscription the personal version?
Or is it the enterprise version?

Please try logging out and logging back in.

Browser cache or cookies might be the cause; please try accessing the service using a different browser or by creating a new Chrome profile.

If you are using the enterprise version, please check with your administrator to ensure the settings are correct.

If the issue persists, please contact customer support.
