Cannot access to my account

Hello Adobe and forum,

I created a new account after I clicked on "Get 10 Free Adobe Stock Images Start Now".

I entered my email, payment info and validate the form.

Once logged into the site, I had a message telling me that I was going to receive an email asking me to create a password.

After about ten minutes, I was disconnected from the site, and I still have not received the email that will allow me to validate my account and creates a password.

I had to create another account directly via Get an Adobe ID to be able to post here (something I should have done with the other account).

But I can not access my account, cancel or do anything, but adobe have my banking info for next few months.

Can someone remove this account, or cancel the subscription?
