Cannot activate my plan

Hi,

I've just renewed my monthly subscription(199.99$/ 750 per month) and i tried to licence and download it redirects me to the plans page as if i don't have a plan.
I received invoice on 28/05/17. And my credit card has been already billed on the same day. But it looks like i have to pay additionally when i try to download images, like i don't have any plans.

I have tried logging in and out and using a different browser but no luck.

    Where on earth can I key in my product key???????????? I bought a 12-month plan from a third party -- Officerworks in Melbourne, Australia. All I need is that place in your adobe website where I should key in my 24-character product key. That's all! I do not need the options of "Buy Now" or "Free Trial"... What choicesss...  Now I am forced to click on "Free trial" just so I can be accommnodated?
