Has anyone ever tried to cancel an Adobe Plan? Impossible!!! Feel like I'm getting scammed. Can't reach any customer services, cannot mail Adobe as their mailbox is full, cannot manage my own account as it kicks me off the page every time I try to cancel the plan.

I have checked your account details and noticed that you had signed up for Adobe Stock 10 images per month (one-year) plan on 27 Sep 2017. Currently, the payment status of the subscription is in a cancelling state.
You will not be charged for the Adobe Stock subscription further.
