Cannot cancel my free trial month Stock Subscription

Hi there,

I have a problem cancelling my free trial month for Adobe Stock Subscription. I started on October, 16th, and tried now to cancel. But they chargend money for the trial month from me and no´w they want me to pay 196,30 € if I'm getting out of the stock subscription now. Please help!

Your current subscription is not a free trial, it is a paid subscription. You may want to review your order confirmation email you received on the 16th when you purchased the subscription as it shows that this is a paid subscription. The screenshot you provided shows that you are not logged in. Please log in to see your current subscription.
