Question
cannot delete my account without a charge
Hi,
I have selected the plan of ''Creative Cloud All Apps with 100GB'' for a few days and then I forgot to deactivate it. Now I tried to cancel it but it seems that I have to pay a very large amount.
I know that I should have read better the terms and conditions but I really cannot afford paying every month 60 euros and I need to cancel it.
Could someone of the support please help on this?
