Cannot Download File!

This entire day I have wasted my day at work trying to get photos from adobe stock to download it allows me to license it but will not allow me to save it to my computer nor to Photoshop or any app related to adobe !  I called in and got absolutely nowhere since there’s no support on the weekends which ruins my weekend that I’m supposed be working !

    I'm experiencing a similar issue trying to download a stock video file. I've tried in Safari and Chrome and both browsers say it will take 10+ hours to download a 1.1 GB file. I was able to download 5 GB of video files from Pond5 and Shutterstock in under 15 minutes so internet is not the problem. I tried chatting with a support team member but they did not provide a solution.

    Can you provide more details? Any error messages or anything? Can't download is a pretty broad range and could be just about anything.

    Brad, "Cannot download file!" is the exact error message that comes up, haha! You click save/download/whatever, the page hangs for a few minutes, then a mostly blank page loads and "Cannot download file!" is the only text on the page. Like you said, it's pretty broad no error code or anything.

    It's working for me now, for what it's worth!

    I'm having the same problem today, very frustrating as I'm working to a deadline. Did it start working after a while/did you find a solution? Hope things sort out for you soon if not already!
