Cannot download pics

I signed up for the free trial (10) pics and chose 4. But, I cannot download them for use because of lettering on the front of the pictures.

How do I access pics without words plastered on them?

It took me 15 to find this forum.  Customer service, get email, please!!!

    Hi Kim,

    I believe you are downloading the preview of the image which is the low-resolution image with the watermark on it.

    You need to license the image in order to get rid of the watermark.
