cannot download videos

Question

Friday we thought this problem was fixed , however I tried to down load a video on saturday by clicking the license tab and received and error message as you can see I tried contacting customer service and they suggested waiting until today

Hi @Robxfedex,There was a technical issue with your account. As I mentioned in your other thread you had multiple Adobe Stock subscriptions which our system doesn't support. When the old 10 asset bundle was closed it affected your open 40 asset subscription. Since your account was in good standing and this was a technical issue I was able to restore the quota from both your subscriptions.  If you have any issues with your Adobe Stock subscription in the near future please reach out to me.

That's weird because the only solution is to contact Adobe customer service for this. You may also check your payment method if there is a problem with that.
