Cannot get support from Adobe - Premium images

Our company has been trying for weeks to get a refund on a 299 credit image we never wanted. We accidently clicked the download button because we did not know premium was mixed in all the other images (among all the bad AI images)...   most importantly Adobe WILL NOT Get back to us.   Are they still in business?

--- NOT HAPPY

To license Premium images, you will need to confirm the licensing operation, what you did, or you would not have been charged. And yes, Adobe is still in business, but how should they get back to you?

As a side note: You can exclude Premium images and AI images from your search.

You did not tell what you tried until now, but if you have a Teams or Enterprise subscription, you need to contact Adobe customer support via the admin console.

If you have an individual subscription, Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device and/or browser to start the interaction.

Important: Adobe does NOT contact you unsolicited by e-mail or direct message. If you get contacted by direct message from a person, claiming to be an Adobe employee, look at that profile and check if they bear the “Adobe Employee” marking under their name. Adobe support does not use Skype to give you support.
If in doubt, ask the forum.
