I cannot licence anything I want. What you are doing is against human rights. I am a graphic designer who lives in Turkey. I pay monthly payments as others. You say "I can see by your Adobe ID that you are located in Turkey. Users from Turkey have restricted access to Adobe Stock." I don't know where to object or complain. I just want you to cancel my subscription without paying a cancellation fee. I don't want to stay on such a discriminatory platform.

The restrictions are not Adobe's choice, but they come from your government and all the other governments of those restricted countries. This has, however, nothing to do with the human rights.

It has nothing whatsoever do with human rights. Adobe is complying with the laws of your country in that Stock assets require additional vetting before they can be displayed within that country. Your complaint is not with Adobe, it is with the law-makers in Turkey. Stock subscription procedures are shown here:

This really doesn't make sense. Is the Turkish government blocking downloads? How can this be done? IP blocked? When I log in via VPN, you say, "You cannot download this content because the subscription was created in Turkey." So, this obstacle is caused by you. Also, what I want to download is not inappropriate content. I can't even download a simple feather image.

Adobe created 2 zones, one unrestricted, the other restricted. In the restricted zone, you find all countries that have one or the other restriction on what assets can be licensed. As you are in one of those countries, where certain restrictions make it not possible to freely access Adobe stock, you have to live with those restrictions.

Adobe applies additional vetting to assets, so that more and more assets get made available to you. My guess is that this is based on the number of downlowads an asset gets, but to be honest, I do not know exactly. This vetting process is quite cumbersome and costly, so Adobe will do that only for assets that are worth the extra time and money.

It is in no relation with the asset you want to download. If the asset has not been through that additional vetting, you won't get it, even if it is an empty image.

There is absolutly, but absolutly nothing that can be done to change this.

It's your government that is imposing the restrictions and Adobe must adhere to those restrictions. Take the issue up with your government.
