Cannot stop subscription
Hello!
Somewhere in August, I've started my free month trial.
I was looking to cancel before one 30 days period but I forgot.
I was not charged anything because of my bank account setting but I am not able to stop the subscription as it asks me for new payment method.
I did not interact with Adobe Stock after the first day of trial.
Anyone can help me? Either with thier experience or with how to get in touch with support.
Interestingly enough ... It says it is going to cancel my subscription if I do not do anything. But I do not want to bet on something that could be possibly just an error tab.
