Cannot update my card details
Absolute disaster is Adobe My experience with. Can they truly be this difficult to work with?
So their system is broken and apparently telling me that I need to update my card detials, AFTER I receive a message that my card details have been updated and payment has been made.
Round and round in the same. frigging loop.
I can't access assets. I can't reach anyone at this organisation.
No email contact
No phone number despite their "help" site saying I need to apparently access help via a phone call.
No ability to DM on Twitter.
How do you reach these bozos?
I am close to giving up and moving to Shutterstock. Adobe, why do you treat customers this way?..
