Cannot use my adobe stock plan

Hi,

I've recently upgraded from a Adobe Stock plan 10 pics / mo to a 40 pics / mo.
Since that, my account shows Credit : 0 and if I want to get a picture, I've to buy some credits.
So I pay for a plan that I can't use...
Help will be appreciated !
