Cant access credits + region restrictions

Hello Abode Stock, I need to access the credits i had on my account and now the page says that i cant due to the licenses not being able in my region? This concerns me because 1. i was counting on those credits (which i bought before this was even adobe stock, aka dollarphoto) and now they are just gone? 2. i dont see a problem with me gathering photos i was rightfully able to download and now its not possible due to adobe cloud. Help me with this, i have pics already chosen and i need them for print asap.

Help me receive my images, fair is fair or refund me!

    I am in need of assistance really, because the links you have sent me I have already tried them and I have gotten nowhere. Help me get in conctact with someone that can look into my situation.
