Cant open file after buy assest in library

How can i open a file when a error appears cant open the file" so now instead of 10 i can use 9 assest. What a pitty. Its a AI file btw. Weird because its a logo. Anyway i cant open the file. Error.

AI file: you mean an Adobe Illustrator file -> you need a current version of Adobe Illustrator to open that.

AI file: you mean generative AI -> it's probably a JPEG file, and you need an image editor like Photoshop or Gimp to open that file.

If you include the asset number a member of the Adobe staff can look into the problem and issue a credit if the image is flawed.
