cant open picture from stock when downloaded

can anyone help resolve this issue plz?

 

i get this message on some piuctures when i download a picture from stock under license:

 

“AdobeStock_94748624_Preview.ai” could not be opened.

    Hi, I had a play around with it and managed to resolve it. When you download a picture from stock some are downloaded as a vector file. If you click on settings you can change it to download as a jpeg file. 

    This worked for me.

    Hi, I'm business owner and i had also the same issue when download the picture from stock. Have you got any clue? I am still searching for that.
