Hello everyone,

I ended up using the adobe stock free trial and none of my accounts are showing up the plan so I cannot cancel and it keeps attempting to charge me? I have no idea how to cancel as the plan doesnt show up and there is no option, 35 euros is alot of money for a service im not even using and I have no access to.

Any help would be appreciated,

Thanks.

You must sign in to the account you used to take the subscription. https://account.adobe.com/plans shows all the available plans and allows you to cancel the plan you want to cancel.

If you do not see a plan, you should ask yourself, what mail address (Adobe ID) you used to take the plan.

If no option brings you to a result, you may contact Adobe customer service, who may be able to help you. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.

Hi , I have the same problem . I took out a free trial and logged in several times 2 days later to cancel , thought I had and now discovered that Adobe is taking money out of my account and want to charge me for to cancel a product I already cancelled. It appears this is becomming a common problem.

I don't see any Adobe Stock subscription associated with the Adobe ID you are using here on the forums. If you have more than one Adobe ID you will need to sign in with Adobe ID/email address associated with your subscription. You can manage your subscriptions here: https://account.adobe.com
