Cancelé mi período de prueba de 30 días y aun así me llegó un cobro mensual de una anualidad que no autoricé, no he podido cancelar ya que me dice que de hacerlo me haré acreedora a una penalización de $3,500

si, me paso igual. lo cancele el mismo, pero a la semana igual se lo cobraron, ahora no me llega el diero ni el correo :C
