Change in Stock Plan not reflecting for User

I had liesense for two users for 10 images per month. One of my users requested a plan upgrade to the 40 images per month and the annual plan. I placed the order and assigned the one user to this new product. When the user onlgins into the Stock website the Credits still shows 0.

Am I missing a step or is there a delay in the processing?

 

Any help appreciated.
