Changing Adobe Stock Plans

I recently reduced my plan. I had 480 credits accumulated and I read that with the reduced plan the maximum number of accumulated credits is 120. However, since I switched I've lost ALL of my accumulated credits. That can't be right.

that is expected.  changing plans, resets your credits.

They should give some kind of warning then. 480 credits is a lot to lose.

Adobe clearly states that any accumulated credits are lost when a subscription is cancelled. However, in this case, where you have entered into a new, smaller subscription, I believe you have a good case to negotiate for a re-in statement of 120 credits. Use the chat box on the cancellation page to reach out to Adobe customer care. If the bot doesn't provide a reasonable response, type "agent" to be put in touch with a real, live person.
