Charged after cancelling trial.
I cancelled my free trial after a day of use as I found the product difficult to use, but a month later I'm still being charged and can't cancel my plan without being charged the rest of the yearly fee. Any help?

If you canceled your subscription you would have received a confirmation message. Changing your payment method to an invalid one will not cancel your subscription.
