Charged for Adobe stock but not able to cancel

I have been charged for an Adobe Stock Subscription since July 2023 and am completely unable to cancel the subscription by going to my account settings even though I have an email confirming my cancellation in June of 2023. The subscription does not show up on my account anymore, but Adobe has been taking their $29.99 for 10 months now. I looked on the discussion boards and it looks like several others have had the exact same problem. I would like my almost $300 back!!

As with sll financal matters, you should act faster, if there are charges that are not warrented. You simply can't sit on that and ask later for ten months refund. 

 

This said, contact Adobe customer care and see what they can do for you. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device and/or browser to start the interaction.

If you get contacted by direct message from a person, claiming to be an Adobe employee, look at that profile and check if they bear the “Adobe Employee” marking under their name. Adobe support does not use Skype to give you support.
