Charged straight away after signing up for a free trial

I signed up to a free trial of Adobe stock and was immediately charged for a full month for £23.99!

There must be something wrong as I see a few other posts with the same issue - I'd like a refund please and the free trial that I should have had? Live chat isn't very helpful as nobody is replying.

You got charged because you took the free test subscription before. You can take tthat offer only once. You need to cancel. If you cancel during the the first 14 days, you will be refunded.
