Clarification on attribution of stock photos - contributor name and source, backlink.

Hi there,

From what I can understand, attribution should be in the form of Contributor Name / stock.adobe.com

Is the username of the contributor sufficient?

Is a backlink to the source legally required?

Does the credit have to appear on the same page as the asset?
