Clicking heart or 'save to library' button does nothing

Cannot save images to library no matter what method I try on the website.

Go to libraries - drop down will open - you may only see a few library titles BUT SCROLL DOWN to see more including default categories, which is most likely where your HEART/FAVES went. I thought mine weren't saved either - and eventually found the "music" default folder where they were saved.

I am also having this problem. Cannot save any items to any creative cloud stock library, tried deleting and creating new libraries. Experiencing on Chrome and Safari on a Mac Mini 2018 (OS X Big Sur). Turned off all browser pop up and ad blockers, the heart button has no effect. No pop up, no notification, no error messages.

Any asset on the stock website - video or still.
I've tried creating new libraries but clicking the button or the heart
doesn't open a pop-up or anything like that.

Do you see any error when click on save (heart) button. Which browser are you using.

Can you try to chance browser and see if that helps.
