Clipping path not included despite asset description

Hi - I licensed this stock JPEG because it specifically says that it includes a clipping path: https://stock.adobe.com/uk/images/3d-illustration-of-a-werewolf-on-dark-background-with-clipping-path/299046852?asset_id=299046852

Maybe I'm being stupid, but it really doesn't look like the clipping path is included. It's frustrating because I used up one of my last few credits on the image purely for the clipping path.

Is anyone able to look into this for me? I'd really appreciate it if someone can either show me how to access the clipping path or reimburse the credit that I spent if it isn't actually included.

Many thanks!

L

Hello, I've verified the issue and granted you a replacement credit. We don't store the clipping paths as Abambo said. I'll send the asset to the content team for review. Thank you for the report and sorry for the problem with the asset.

Sorry about that, the clipping path description is misleading, as clipping paths can't be included in JPEG files. Unfortunately, there is no possibility on Stock to get a JPEG file with cutout objects.

@Contributor1 will need to take care of this.
