Boa noite!

 

Subscrevi o periodo experimental do Adobe Stock porque queria conhecer melhor. No entanto, não me foi útil e acabei por me esquecer dele. Agora foi-me cobrada a primeira mensalidade porque me esqueci de cancaelar a subscrição. Existe alguma forma de cancelar e ser-me reembolsado o dinheiro? 

Agradeço a atenção e a quem me poder responder.

Hi Sandra,

 

If you are still in the first 14 days of your paid subscription, you can cancel and get refunded (automatically). If you are past those 14 days, it gets more complicated.

 

You need to contact Adobe customer care and ask them in a friendly tone to cancel your subscription without a fee and eventually to refund the fees, you have paid until now. If you haven't used the service, I think that customer care is handling this in your favour, but I cannot guarantee success.

 

Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.
