Cobrança indevida

Question

Tenho asssinatuta a mais de um ano do nada me cobraram R$124,00 por adobe Stock. Coo podem ver eu usei apenas 7 dias cancelei e removi a renovação automatica, e após meses me cobraram de forma indevida R$ 8 mais os R$124,00. Além de quando vou cancelar querem me cobrar R$198,40.

Isso é ridiculo.

You have cancelled the automatic renewal of the plan, which means that at the end of your annual subscription on February 28 it won't renew for an other year.

Early cancelling an annual subscription can be done by paying half of the remaining due as early cancellation fee.

You did take the subscription together with your Creative Cloud all apps plan, and you did not cancel after the initial free 30-days test period.
