My colleague in China cannot access https://stock.adobe.com/de/ with error 403
Attached sample error message. Not sure exactly what might caused of this.

Adobe Stock is not currently available for users in mainland China. Your colleague will need to separately purchase a license through an authorized Adobe local partner.
