Complaint - your still taking money from me

I cancelled my Adobe subscription on 24th September. You took payment on 30th September Ive tried to email and call to resolve this, even blocked you from merchants on my card complained and stopped online transactions to adobe. Now you took £15.7 on 27th and then £15.17 today, 30th November.  Ive cancelled it !! Return my funds. My mother is dying of cancer, and I've got to sort this out with you over a forum! You don't respond to my emails, and when I call, all you want to do is try and sell me something!

I don't see any Adobe Stock subscription associated with the Adobe ID you are using here on the forums. Is it possible your Adobe Stock subscription is under another Adobe ID?

I've had this I've logged in to all possibles

tried Facebook etc I've emailed you 3 times - your taking 15.17 from my account regularly please help resolve this issue

You will need to contact customer care. I don't see any Adobe Stock subscription and the charge you refer to does't match any of our pricing for Adobe Stock subscriptions. It seems it is another product and likely on some other Adobe ID/email address.
