Compte 40 images indispo

Bonjour,

J'ai une entreprise qui dispose de 6 compte Creative.

J'avais un accès à Stock avec 10 images.

Hier j'ai acheter une formule Stock a 40 images, sauf qu'aujourd'hui je ne vois rien.

Comment est-ce possible?

Le compte Master n'a pas ces 40 images et les 6 autres au compte non plus.

Avez-vous une idée?

    Hi Martin,

    I am extremely sorry to hear that.
    I believe you are on logged in to your team's account and that is the reason you are unable to see your image licenses. Please see the screenshot below for better understanding.

    Login to stock.adobe.com with your Adobe Credentials
    In the drop-down menu, you will find 'teams account' and a 'personal account', please select the personal account.

    If the issue still persists, feel free to update this thread.
