I accidentally made a withdrawal from Adobe stock to a blocked Paypal account. Is there a solution?

If it's an invalid PayPal account the funds will be returned to Adobe; however, it could take quite some time for that process to be complete - perhaps weeks.

The funds will eventually be returned to Adobe.
